Jeff Morneau brings decades of disciplined, analytical thinking to Recruit Plan, shaped by a career at the intersection of strategy, data, and advocacy. He is a litigation attorney and founding partner of a respected Massachusetts law firm focused on representing employees and consumers. Jeff holds a Master of Laws from Georgetown University, law degrees from Western New England University, and a bachelor's degree from Providence College. His work has earned statewide recognition, including honors as Lawyer of the Year and Legal Luminary. Athletics have played an equally defining role in Jeff's life. He is a Big East tennis champion, a national amateur grass court champion, and a multiple-time #1 ranked men's amateur tennis player in New England. He is a member of the Providence College Athletic Hall of Fame. Jeff has also competed at the highest levels of platform tennis, including a national finals appearance and multiple national age-division titles—and is currently taking on pickleball. Before entering law, Jeff spent years as a racquets professional, coaching high-level high school athletes and preparing them for collegiate competition. That coaching mindset carried into his own family's journey. His son, Ryan, attends James Madison University and is the #1 ranked collegiate singles pickleball player in the country. His daughter, Megan, plays lacrosse at the University of Denver and is also a fitness coach and social media creator. Recruit Plan was born from Jeff's desire to help families navigate complex, high-stakes moments with better information and clearer direction. Whether in law, athletics, or recruiting, he believes people deserve tools that replace confusion with confidence—and he's proud to be building that alongside a team that shares the same mission.

Andy Hauck brings a rare combination of elite athletics, product leadership, and user-centered thinking to Recruit Plan. He played both hockey and lacrosse at Hobart College and went on to play professional hockey in Europe. His experience competing at the highest levels—and later coaching youth hockey—shaped his understanding of how athletes develop, how systems influence outcomes, and how guidance at the right moment can change trajectories. Professionally, Andy spent more than 20 years at Fidelity Investments, where he led digital product experiences for mutual fund research. His work focused on helping investors make informed decisions in complex, data-rich environments—translating overwhelming information into clear, actionable insight. That same philosophy sits at the core of Recruit Plan. Andy has also coached Northborough/Southborough Youth Lacrosse for seven years and understands the recruiting process from every angle: athlete, coach, and parent. His daughters, Rosie and Suzie, are currently in high school and actively navigating recruiting themselves, giving him a firsthand and deeply current perspective on the realities families face today. At Recruit Plan, Andy brings a disciplined, user-first approach to building tools that prioritize clarity, credibility, and real-world usefulness—so families can move forward with confidence instead of guesswork.

John Hauck brings more than four decades of experience across every level of the lacrosse ecosystem. A second-generation player, he competed from youth through post-collegiate levels, including founding and leading his own competitive men's travel club. His involvement in the sport extended beyond playing, serving for over sixteen years as both a coach and board member with Westwood Youth Lacrosse in Massachusetts. John's perspective is deeply informed by family experience. He is the father of a third generation of lacrosse athletes. His oldest child chose a different path, rowing for the Women's Varsity crew team at Colby College. His middle child is committed to the Connecticut College men's lacrosse program, and his youngest is committed to Brown University's women's lacrosse program. Through his children, John has experienced the modern recruiting process firsthand—and understands how dramatically it has evolved into a complex, time-consuming, and often expensive journey for families. That experience is a core reason John is part of Recruit Plan. After years of coaching and mentoring, he believes this platform represents one of the most effective "coaching tools" he could offer parents navigating recruiting today. His professional background in finance, data, and analytics helps ground Recruit Plan in objective insight rather than guesswork. John is driven by a shared mission with the Recruit Plan team: to bring clarity, efficiency, and confidence to the recruiting process, and to help student-athletes nationwide pursue the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level.

Lacrosse has shaped Julia's life—even though she never played the game herself. She grew up in Syracuse, New York, immersed in lacrosse culture, watching the Syracuse Orangemen and legends like the Gait brothers help define the sport. Julia later attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where many of her closest friends played on the men's lacrosse team during its championship run from 1989–1992. From the sidelines, she gained a deep appreciation for what elite programs demand—and what they give back. That perspective only deepened as a parent. Julia married a lifelong lacrosse player who still competes today, and together they raised three children who grew up with a stick in their hands. She has experienced the recruiting process firsthand across youth, club, and high school lacrosse, navigating the same uncertainty and pressure that families face today. Her son will be playing lacrosse at Connecticut College, and her daughter is committed to Brown University. Julia is part of Recruit Plan because she believes families deserve clarity, confidence, and direction in a recruiting process that too often feels opaque and overwhelming. Her focus is on helping student-athletes find the right fit through honest information, thoughtful guidance, and tools that empower families to make informed decisions.

Michael is excited to be part of the Recruit Plan team because it sits at the intersection of everything he values—sports, data, and technology used to create clarity in high-stakes decisions. He is motivated by the opportunity to help build tools that replace guesswork with insight, and to empower families navigating an increasingly complex recruiting landscape.

Recruiting is one of the most important — and most confusing — decisions an athlete and family will make. Despite countless rankings, opinions, and online advice, most families are still left asking:

Where do athletes like me actually end up?

Which schools are realistic targets — and which aren't?

How do we focus our time and energy instead of chasing everything?

Recruit Plan exists to answer those questions with clarity, realism, and data.

What We Believe

Reality beats hype

Recruiting works best when expectations align with real outcomes.

Fit creates opportunity

Targeting the right programs leads to better conversations, better visits, and better results.

Data reduces anxiety

When families understand what's realistic, they move forward with confidence instead of stress.

Recruit Plan doesn't replace coaches or advisors. It supports better conversations by grounding them in evidence.

Our Role in Recruiting

Inform — not persuadeClarify — not promiseSupport — not replace

We don't guarantee outcomes. We don't contact colleges. We don't tell athletes where they should go. We show what the data says — and help families build smarter, more realistic recruiting plans because of it.

Our Promise

Recruit Plan promises clarity, realism, and guidance — never hype.

If a feature, insight, or piece of content doesn't reduce confusion, reflect real outcomes, or reinforce credibility — it doesn't belong on our platform.
