Recruit Plan is a recruiting platform built for lacrosse families. It tells an athlete where they fit in college lacrosse, shows every program in their window with a Fit Score, and gives them a working list, verified coach contacts and an AI Advisor to run the process from there.

Click "Get Your Fit" and answer a short set of questions about club, team, position and grad year. Your result appears before you create an account; saving it creates the account. The whole thing takes a few minutes.

Yes. The Free plan gives you your division ladder, every school in your window grouped into reach, match and safety, Fit Scores on your top three match schools, your first 10 saved schools in My Plan, 10 AI Advisor messages and 3 fit updates. No card needed.

Pro Tier ($149/year, per athlete) adds your exact level out of twelve with the full distribution, Fit Scores on every school, sorting by fit, selectivity or cost with all five filters, unlimited saved schools, verified coach contacts, unlimited AI Advisor messages and unlimited fit updates.

A fit update is a profile save that changes something the model reads: your club, team and rank, position, grad year, home state or high school, or a GPA change that moves your Fit Scores. Adding a home state or high school for the first time re-runs your fit and does not use one. Editing your name, height, weight or achievements never uses one. Free accounts get 3 fit updates in total. Pro Tier accounts and club-connected athletes get unlimited updates.

You can upgrade at any time from the Plans page and everything unlocks immediately. If you cancel Pro, you keep it until the end of the year you paid for, then move back to Free. Nothing you saved is deleted.

On the Free plan, once you have used your 3 fit updates you can still view your results and your saved schools, but you cannot change a fit input until you upgrade. The limits are totals, not a yearly allowance. Pro Tier includes unlimited fit updates.

Yes. A parent account can link to more than one athlete, each with their own profile, results and list. Pro is per athlete, so a family with two players upgrades each one separately from the Plans page.

Go to your Profile page, make the change and save. If the change touches a fit input (club, rank, position, grad year, GPA) your fit re-runs and it counts as one fit update. Optional fields save without using one.

Notable accomplishments such as All-State or All-American selections, showcase invitations, team captain roles, academic honors and statistical highlights. Achievements appear on your profile for coaches and club staff. They do not change your tier: the model reads your club, rank, position and grad year, not your accolades.

College lacrosse programs are grouped into 12 tiers by how competitively they recruit, Tier 1 being the most competitive and Tier 12 the least. Your result is the tier where athletes with your profile most often commit, based on three years of actual commitments (about 19,000 boys and 15,000 girls, classes of 2023 onward).

Seven things: your club, your rank on your team, your position, your grad year, your home state, the strength of your high school program (from national high school ratings), your club's national ranking for your grad year, and, from July 1 before senior year, how your already-committed teammates placed. It does not read GPA, height, weight, hand or achievements. Height was tested and left out on purpose: once the model knows your club and rank it adds almost nothing, and it is the number families are most sensitive about.

Because athletes at your club, near your rank, in your position and class, and with your high school and club context, most often committed there. Self-reported rank is treated as "roughly this rank" rather than taken literally, because athletes tend to overstate it. Pro shows the full distribution across all 12 tiers so you can see how much of the probability sits on either side.

The tier is the single most likely outcome. The three-tier band is where the model expects you to land, with the probability it states, typically 60 to 75 percent. That number is measured, not decorative: on held-out athletes the band was right 65 percent of the time for boys and 76 percent for girls. The bell-shaped chart is a picture of the same result, not a separate set of odds. The band gets tighter when the model has more to go on, for example when several of your teammates have already committed.

Tested on athletes from the 2026 and 2027 classes who were still uncommitted on July 1 before senior year, with the model trained only on earlier classes, the average miss was 1.4 tiers for boys and 1.1 tiers for girls. Results are most reliable at established clubs, where the club history says a lot on its own, and the high school and club-ranking inputs matter most at smaller or newer clubs. No model can guarantee where you will commit.

Every school gets a Fit Score from 0 to 100. Sixty percent is athletic fit, how the program's tier compares to your predicted level; forty percent is academic fit, your unweighted GPA against what that school typically expects. Schools are grouped into reach, match and safety from the same number. Free shows real scores on your top three match schools; Pro shows them on every school.

Save the schools you want to pursue to My Plan, from your results or from any school's page. My Plan is where the work happens: each saved school carries its Fit Score, coach contact and recruiting questionnaire, you log every contact with a program, and the AI Advisor reads your list and helps you decide what to do next and in what order.

Be specific. "I am a 2028 goalie, what should I do this fall?", "Rank my saved schools by how realistic they are.", "Which prospect days matter most for Ithaca, Cortland and St. Lawrence?", "Draft an email to the Wingate coach." The more specific you are, the better the plan.

No one can guarantee a recruiting outcome. What it does is remove the guesswork, keep you focused on the highest-value actions at the right time, and make sure nothing on your list falls through the cracks.
