Creating your profile is easy! Click "Get Started" on our homepage and follow our step-by-step form. You'll provide information about your athletic background, academic performance, physical stats, and self-assessment. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes.

Yes! Our Free plan allows you to create one athlete profile and receive basic tier predictions with college matches. It's a great way to get started and see how our platform works.

Free plan includes 1 profile with basic tier predictions and 3 new predictions per year. Pro Tier ($99/year) unlocks all 12 tiers, full college rankings, RecruitPlan Coach access, 3 new predictions per year, ability to purchase additional predictions ($10 each), and advanced recruiting insights.

You can update your profile and run new predictions to see how changes affect your recruiting fit. Free users get 3 new predictions per year. Pro Tier users get 3 new predictions per year and can purchase additional predictions for $10 each to keep their results current throughout the season.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and gain immediate access to additional features. If you downgrade, changes will take effect at your next renewal date, and you'll retain access to your current plan until then.

When you've used all your predictions, you'll be prompted to purchase additional predictions ($10 each) if you're on Pro Tier, or upgrade your plan. You can also wait until the next annual renewal when your prediction count resets.

Currently, each account can manage one athlete profile. If you need to manage multiple athletes (e.g., as a parent with multiple children playing lacrosse), you can contact us about our family plan options.

Navigate to your Profile page and click "Start New Prediction". Make your changes and click "Run New Prediction". Remember that this will consume one of your available predictions.

Include any notable accomplishments such as All-State selections, tournament awards, team captain positions, academic honors, leadership roles, and statistical achievements.

Recruit Plan analyzes your academic profile, athletic data, and recruiting timeline to match you to the 12 college-recruiting tiers. These tiers group colleges by historical competitiveness—Tier 1 being the most competitive, Tier 12 being the least. Your placement reflects how closely your profile aligns with athletes typically recruited at each tier.

Your tier is calculated from your position, graduation year, academic information, athletic data, and how similar your overall profile is to athletes historically recruited in that tier. The percentage shown in your results indicates your likelihood of belonging to that tier—the higher the percentage, the stronger the match.

The schools shown in your results match your academic and athletic profile based on Recruit Plan's data model. These programs have historically recruited athletes like you, and your profile aligns with what their coaching staff typically looks for.

You can send a customized list of schools to Recruit Plan Coach for next-step guidance: Use the checkbox next to each school to select the ones you're interested in. Click the "Send to Coach" button. Your selected schools—along with your GPA and graduation year from your profile—will be sent to Recruit Plan Coach. Recruit Plan Coach will use this information to outline your next steps based on NCAA rules, your recruiting timeline, and school-specific insights. This turns your tier results into a personalized, actionable recruiting plan.

Recruit Plan Coach explains what to do next based on: Your grade and timeline in the recruiting process, your target schools, your position and goals, NCAA rules and contact periods, and prospect days, camps, and strategy. It transforms the overwhelming recruiting process into simple, actionable guidance.

No. Recruit Plan Coach builds on the insights you already generated inside Recruit Plan. You simply tell it: The schools you are considering, or where you want to play (e.g., "NESCAC schools" or "Midwest DII") and it returns a custom plan.

Yes. Recruit Plan Coach can recommend the best camps and showcases based on your target schools and timing. It focuses on events that actually move the needle, not everything on the internet.

No. It works with your coaches by giving you a clear plan, deadlines, and prompts so your conversations with coaches are more efficient and informed.

Yes. While it does not pull your profile data directly, it uses your chosen schools and situation to give tailored advice. Just tell it your top programs and grade level, and it adapts immediately.

Recruit Plan Coach unlocks with your upgraded plan. If you have not upgraded yet, you will see it marked as locked in the navigation.
