Every player works directly with every coach on staff. Unlike recruiting events where players may have limited interaction with individual coaches, the Lacrosse Masters format is designed so that players rotate through the entire coaching staff—giving every player meaningful opportunities to learn, compete, connect, and be evaluated by the coaches on staff. Every coach teaches. Every coach evaluates. Every player gets the opportunity to be seen.
