Emily Bitka leads Daemen women's lacrosse as head coach. Under her direction, the program has earned multiple All-ECC selections and achieved postseason tournament appearances in its inaugural years. Bitka's coaching has established competitive fundamentals for the young Division II program.

Kylie Miranto, a four-year starter and dual-sport athlete in soccer and lacrosse, was named recipient of the prestigious C.L.A.W. Award for 2025-26, recognizing character, leadership, academic achievement and work ethic.
