Saint John Fisher women's lacrosse competes in NCAA Division III as a member of the Empire 8 Conference. The Cardinals are based in Pittsford, New York, near Rochester, and own one of the most decorated D3 records in the sport, winning 14 consecutive Empire 8 Conference Championships through 2026. The program is a perennial NCAA Tournament participant.
