The Spartans won the NACC Tournament Championship in 2026, defeating Milwaukee School of Engineering 9-8 in the final. Aurora has appeared in the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championships five times in program history and finished the 2026 regular season with a 12-7 record.
