Carthage men's lacrosse competes in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) at the NCAA Division III level. The program is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and plays home games at Art Keller Field. Carthage College was founded in 1847 and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, enrolling approximately 2,600 students.
Carthage College is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, a city on Lake Michigan between Milwaukee and Chicago. The private nonprofit institution enrolls 2,628 students and offers bachelor's degrees in more than 40 subject areas. Carthage men's lacrosse finished the 2026 regular season with a 9-9 record and reached the CCIW Tournament semifinals on April 29, where the Firebirds fell to Illinois Wesleyan 19-6. Eight Carthage players earned All-CCIW recognition, including First Team selections Jake Westland (32 goals, 21 assists), Josh Flores (CCIW Defensive Player of the Week), and Henry Arnold.
