Queens men's lacrosse competes in NCAA Division I as a member of the ASUN Conference, representing Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Royals play home games on the Queens campus and compete annually for the ASUN Lacrosse championship alongside Jacksonville, Mercer, Bellarmine, Air Force, Utah, and Hampton. The 2026 ASUN Tournament was won by Jacksonville, the league's 10th title.
