Queens women's lacrosse competes in NCAA Division I as a member of the ASUN Conference, representing Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Royals play home games on the Queens campus and compete annually for the ASUN Lacrosse championship alongside Jacksonville, Stetson, Liberty, and Lindenwood.
