Quinnipiac finished the 2026 regular season at 5-10 overall after dropping its finale 14-12 at Merrimack on April 26. The Bobcats fell 10-9 to Manhattan in double overtime at home on April 22 in another close MAAC contest. Earlier wins included a 19-7 road victory at Iona on April 18, a 14-8 home win over Mount St. Mary's on April 11, and a 16-14 win at Sacred Heart on April 4. Five Bobcats earned All-MAAC honors with Miner named First Team.
