About Quinnipiac Women's Lacrosse
Quinnipiac University is a private nonprofit university in Hamden, Connecticut. Quinnipiac women's lacrosse competes in NCAA Division I as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), representing Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. The Bobcats play home games on the Quinnipiac campus and contest the MAAC title alongside in-state rival Fairfield, Sacred Heart, Rider, and Canisius. Quinnipiac is a private nonprofit university in suburban Hamden near New Haven.

The Bobcats reached the semis with a 13-11 first-round road win at Canisius on April 26. In the regular-season finale Quinnipiac dropped a regular-season meeting at Fairfield earlier on April 11 (17-13) but had taken down Sacred Heart 16-9 on April 18 and routed Rider 19-6 at home on April 8.
